Access Gates for Metanet Rooms
Chat rooms and channels usually decide who can be in them with a membership list somebody has to maintain by hand. Lists go stale, nobody can tell why a person is on one, and the person who decides never pays for a bad call. This makes it possible for a room to control access with a rule anyone can check instead, so being in the room means you actually satisfy something real, not just that someone remembered to add you.
